Why are you costing in US dollars?, you live in a Euro country and come from the UK, is you target audience US, I ask as I also follow an aquatic channel that seems to aim towards the American audience, I understand RUclips is American, but just curious, why dollars?

Do this deck woods have grooves on both sides? I’ve read the grooves should be looking down, so it helps with water not sticking to it or something like this. Anyways it looks great. Congrats

Theo has done an amazing job, constructing the pond from scratch, he should feel so proud. I have a question not related to the pond, whatever happened to your house in the village, that you were both renovating for extra income?

Theo is like me, I have to have ponds on my properties so I have, my self, built three ponds at three properties. This last one, I had fish, just got rid of them, because I am trying to sell next year and have to find a place with less work and expenses, I am not young anymore and want to use money on travels, cafe-life with friends etc. Well done Theo, you are a very clever "working-horse", you two fit perfectly together. Light and love

Will you fill the big pond by the house?

Just curious, in the cost of building your pond, did you also include the cost of the fuel for your digger? I know fuel can be expensive. I can see you will be enjoying your pond for many years to come.

It looks amazing, but you need to do a lot of erosion prevention and soon. If you don't have that earth tied down with roots by the time it rains, you'll have to dig again.

This looks amazing! I just have 1 question ( not meant as a knock!)… are you at all concerned about people eventually jumping off that dock with that huge rock just a bit away? Seems like it should be moved from the end of the dock. Just hate to see you do such a great job and risk someone getting hurt. Again, not a judgement….just a little concerned is all. 😊

My favorite vlogs to subscribe to are the ones with water features so this pond bumped you up to my favorite 5.

You need to have the pond water tested for toxic chemicals.. The soil may have arsenic, uranium, or other bad chemicals in it, especially seeing so many dead frogs.And you don't want to be swiming or have wild life drinking from an unknown water basin you created. Its looking amazing, but get it tested asap for toxic chemicals.

Oh ! That's what you did to anchor the posts to support the deck - what a great plan. I was wondering about all the mud but you've got a plan for all that too - I love the way you two sort things out and then make them happen. It's awesome. I'm so excited for you to be able to sit on the doc and fish or float in that water to cool off, or swim for exercise and have the fish and the plants to clean it. What a great addition to your property.
